Why this organizer exists
A property still has to be run
Most probate checklists start with a new court filing. This organizer starts with the ordinary operating record: access, occupants, insurance, repairs, income, expenses, notices, and the documents a person may need for several different conversations.
It also preserves any prior estate-file status, closing record, and property inventory. A public registration, court entry, or violation record is a source to verify – not a conclusion that a prior matter can or should be reopened.
